Lagoon Cafe is on a mission to be the best local Café. We are currently seeking an energetic staff member, an all rounder for our small cafe, including Barista Skills & Cooking - a person with a can-do attitude, thrives under pressure and fantastic customer service skills to join our team.

We open at 7am and close at 5pm, 7 days a week - NO NIGHTS

The successful applicant will:
have cooking experience or interest in cooking
demonstrate the ability to work under pressure
be organised, work efficiently and communicate well
be passionate about coffee, hospitality & providing outstanding service
be an allrounder and team player, happy to do multiple tasks

The ideal candidate will have:
Strong leadership experience in development, supporting and motivating staff.




Passionate about providing a truly memorable customer service experience every time.
Food preparation skills and knowledge of protected food handling essential.
Great personality and personal presentation
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
