Kalkadoon PBC needs local casual staff to help Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community members complete a short consultation questionnaire about community priorities. Surveys are done face-to-face or online using a tablet or paper form. Full paid training is provided — no survey experience needed.

You will
Assist people to complete surveys using a tablet or paper form
Use the approved consent process before starting
Read questions exactly as written — remain neutral at all times
Record responses accurately and confidentially
Work respectfully with Elders, families, and community
Handle all data securely — no names, no personal device storage

You will need
Positive communication and listening skills
Respectful, patient,



and trustworthy manner
Confidence helping people with forms or surveys
Understanding of consent and confidentiality
Ability to follow a script and stay neutral
Reliability and ability to work independently
Basic data entry skills

Pay

$38/hr + super. Penalty rates where applicable.

Shifts

Weekdays, weekends & some after-hours.

Training

Paid induction provided. No experience needed.

Pay: $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 – 30.0 per week
