The Opportunity

The Challenge

Reporting to the National Accounts Manager, your responsibilities will involve but not be limited to:
Assist in management of the AP Mailbox
Processing vendor invoices
Trust processing
Help manage the expense management system
Preparing and matching invoices for the daily payment runs
National Credit card management - processing and payments
New vendor setup
Online disbursements file loads from external service providers
Employee expense claims
Ad hoc queries and requests from team members and managers as required.

The Expertise





Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:
Prior experience in an accounts or accounts payable position; or exposure to working in a professional services firm.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for liaising with internal departments and external parties
Great attention to detail with a commitment to delivering excellent results and high-quality work
Robust analytical skills for identifying and resolving discrepancies and improving processes
Experience working collaboratively in a finance team setting
