TLC is currently looking for experienced Disability Support Workers to come on board working a variety of shifts in and around Sydney. We have plenty of work to offer and are particularly looking for staff to work in the Eastern Suburbs, caring for female clients.

The majority of shifts are sleepover shifts (5pm-10pm, then sleepover until 7am, work from 7am-9am). We also have some shorter shifts, ideal for persons living locally.

Essential:
Full driving licence and ability to drive a van a must. Own vehicle to get you to and from shifts
Current First Aid Certificate
Current Police check and Working with Children Check
Certificate 3 or 4 in Disabilities or Aged Care (must have completed this course in full)
Available for at least four shifts per week (we do not offer weekend work only)
Able to undertake two hours of training / interview in our Ashfield office
Must be reliable and committed to disability work

If this sounds like you, we have plenty of shifts to offer. Once you have been inducted into the group homes, there will be regular work.
