JOB DESCRIPTION - PLANT OPERATOR LEVEL 1
Position Summary: The Plant Operator Lvl 1 reports to the Shift Supervisor. The Plant Operator Lvl 1 is to be trained in our Factory Production areas and supervised by Shift Supervisor and/or Level 2 or 3 staff for a minimum period of 6 months and is responsible for: -
Completing all relevant training as associated with their designated Production area,
The effective operation of Production Machinery as instructed by Shift Supervisor.
Ensuring that the company-defined Quality, Environmental and Safety processes, procedures, and systems are correctly applied.
Flexibility of working morning or afternoon shift and until candidate becomes familiar with the role.
Day Shift rate $35.66 per hour
Afternoon Shift rate $41.01 per hour
Pay: $35.66 – $41.01 per hour
Expected hours: 38.0 per week
Work Location: In person
