No call centre experience? No problem. If you're a confident communicator, enjoy helping people, and are eager to learn, we'll provide full training and ongoing support to set you up for success.

About the Role

This is a permanent opportunity with full-time and part time options available. You'll work in a supportive team setting, handling inbound customer enquiries and following clear processes to deliver great service while maintaining privacy and confidentiality.

Available Shifts:
Full Time: Rotating roster, Monday to Saturday, 7:00am - 7:00pm
Part Time (25 hours): 5 hours per day, 5 days per week
Part Time (30 hours): 6 hours per day, 5 days per week





What You'll Be Doing

You'll assist customers with a variety of enquiries, including:
Online account access and support
Identity verification
Income reporting assistance
Updating personal details
Self-service guidance
General service and payment enquiries
Referrals to specialist teams when required

Some customers may be experiencing challenging circumstances, so empathy, patience, and explicit communication are important. We'll provide the training and tools you need to confidently handle a wide range of calls.
