About the role

Elite Projex is an established Australian exhibition stand design and build company.

We're looking for an experienced, highly organised and proactive Sales & Production Coordinator to help drive projects from initial enquiry through to production, installation and completion.

This is a hands-on role for someone who takes ownership, thinks ahead, manages competing priorities and gets things done without needing to be chased.

Key responsibilities
Prepare sales proposals, budgets, and costings
Coordinate designers, suppliers, contractors and production schedules
Support our account and operations team to drive projects
Drive project timelines, deadlines and deliverables
Prepare design briefs, production documentation and event organiser submissions
Manage client communications and project updates
Attend and coordinate onsite exhibition installations and dismantles
Assist with occasional marketing, EDMs and social media

What we are looking for
Experience in exhibitions, events, stand building, signage or a related industry is a must.
Proven experience in project coordination, proposals, budgeting and quoting
Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and tight deadlines
Proactive,



resourceful and confident making decisions independently
Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through
Confident communicating with clients, suppliers and contractors
Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Acrobat
Versatile to attend onsite installations, including occasional weekends, early starts and interstate travel at show bump in times
You must be able to hit the ground running drive the team and your role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English essential.
