Cook

At Zookeepers Broome, we are looking for a skilled Cook to work on a full time basis (at least 38 hours per week).

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Prepare meals in line with the restaurant standards

· Support the ordering of food and supplies

· Care for food supplies and leftovers appropriately

· Infusing flavours by adding seasonings

· Maintain and operate the kitchen in a clean, sanitary, and protected manner the cooking process

· Prepare meals for special events and additions functions, adjusting the dishes accordingly with the dietary needs of the customers

Requirement:

· Relevant qualification or 3 years of experience in lieu of the qualification

· At least 1 year of experience

· Valuable time management skills and able to work under pressure.

Position: Full Time (at least 38 hours per week)

Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
