The Co-Group are currently seeking a reliable and compassionate male support worker to provide support to a participant located in Ashfield, NSW. This is a regular weekly prospect offering a 2-hour shift every Tuesday, with adaptable start and finish times to suit both the participant and support worker.

The successful candidate will assist with a variety of support tasks, including accompanying the participant on shopping outings and community access activities, providing domestic assistance around the home, and supporting with personal care. As community access forms part of the role, applicants must have a valid driver's licence and their own reliable vehicle.

Requirements
Valid Driver's Licence
Access to a comprehensive insured car with 5 seats
NDIS Module – Quality, Safety & You
NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC) for paid employment
NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC)



for paid employment
Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
