We're Hiring – Wait Staff for Our Wine Bar

We’re looking for a friendly, courteous and customer-focused Wait Staff Member to join our team at our wine bar! in High Street, Northcote.

Hours: Thursday to Sunday Evenings Only

The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a warm and welcoming personality, and the ability to provide excellent customer service in a relaxed and professional workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
Warmly greet and welcome customers upon arrival.
Provide attentive, courteous and professional customer service.
Take orders and serve food and beverages efficiently.
Prepare and serve cocktails.
Have a valuable understanding of customer service and hospitality standards.
Maintain a clean, tidy and inviting bar and dining area.
Work well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements:
A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)



certificate is essential.
Previous experience in hospitality or a wine bar is preferred.
Confidence in making cocktails.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A friendly, professional and well-presented manner.
Reliable, punctual and enthusiastic, with a genuine passion for hospitality.
