What You'll Be Doing

As an All-Rounder, no two days are exactly the same. You will rotate across front-of-house and kitchen support, including:
Pouring excellent drinks: Nailing coffee orders, cold drinks, and keeping the caffeine flowing.
Smiles at the counter: Greeting locals, taking orders via the POS system, and delivering top-tier customer service.
Kitchen & Prep Support: Helping out with light food prep, plating up, and keeping the food side moving smoothly.
Keeping it spotless: Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, clearing tables, and washing up.

What We Are Looking For
Experience matters:



P experience in a fast-paced cafe or hospitality setting.
Coffee confident: Basic barista and milk-texturing skills are highly preferred.
The right attitude: A strong work ethic, a team-first mentality, and the ability to stay smiling under pressure.
Local flexibility: Available to work flexible day shifts, including early mornings and weekends if requires.
Communication: Fluent English and excellent customer service skills.
