Permanent Diploma Qualified Educator

Are you passionate about early childhood education? Early Foundations Academy is looking for an energetic, dedicated educator to join our nurturing team!

Key Responsibilities:
Assisting in the preparation of materials and equipment for children’s education and recreational activities
Managing children’s behaviour and guiding their social development
Preparing and conducting activities for children
Entertaining children by reading and playing games
Supervising children in recreational activities
Supervising the daily routine of children
Supervising the hygiene of children

About You:
Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education
Have at least 2 years’ experience in an early learning workplace




Confident in creating monthly lesson plans with engaging, developmentally appropriate activities
Able to confidently embed the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) into your practice
Bring enthusiasm, creativity and a positive attitude every day
Robust understanding of child development, inclusion and best practice in early learning
A self starter who takes initiative, with a passion to own the room and run activities as required

Pay: $40.20 – $41.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38.0 per week
