About the role

We're looking for a lab assistant at our denture clinic in Launceston, and you don't need any dental experience. If you've worked with clay, plaster or wax, thrown a pot, cast a mould, or sanded and polished something to a flawless finish, you already understand this work.

Part time, around 3 days a week. Days and hours are adaptable and agreed with you, within our 8:30am to 5pm opening hours. We may hire more than one person, so you'd be part of a small team who cover for each other.

The Denture Centre (North) was founded 50 years ago and is centrally located in Launceston, close to public transport. Our lab is spacious, sunny and a pleasant place to work, and it has all the tools you need to make the work easier. We're a close, supportive team. Everyone helps each other, you'll never be left to work things out alone, and you'll learn alongside experienced people who want you to succeed. You'll work under supervision from your first day.
