The Goodies is a growing hospitality group founded by Nathan & Sali Sasi and Morgan McGlone, known for their commitment to thoughtful food, generous, warm service and neighbourhood-driven hospitality. Our venue's currently include:
Bar Copains (Surry Hills): A one-hatted, friendly neighbourhood wine bar celebrating friendship and French bistro charm.
Bessies (Surry Hills): A one-hatted, Mediterranean wood fire restaurant focusing on Food, Fire + Friends.
Alma’s (Surry Hills): A cocktail bar within Bessies, focusing on the classics and valuable times
Vin-Cenzo's (Darlinghurst): A two-hatted, European - Italian leaning restaurant + supper club, underpinned by old school hospitality charm
La Buvette (Potts Point): Our newest venue, an intimate French wine bar in the heart of Potts Point

Role Summary

As we build towards summer we're currently looking for Section Waiter/Waitress' and bar all rounders to join the team, with opportunities across our venues.

As part of our floor team, you'll be at the forefront of the experience — maintaining calm and control in fast-paced and dynamic setting, and helping build the kind of warm experience that keeps people coming back.
