About Us

Skywhip is a growing Australian business supplying hospitality and retail products nationwide. We are looking for a friendly and organised Customer Service & Administration Officer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, WeChat and online platforms
Process customer orders and maintain customer records
Assist with product enquiries and after-sales support
Follow up customer requests and quotations
Support day-to-day office administration
Assist with inventory and stock-related administration
Provide general support to the sales and customer service team

About You
Fluent in English and Mandarin
Previous customer service,



administration or sales support experience
Solid communication and organisational skills
High attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Driver's Licence and own vehicle required
