Finance Administrator – Part Time (Hotel Panorama)

$34.96/hr | Mon–Fri | 25–30 adaptable hrs/week | Brand-new $60M venue

Join the team at Hotel Panorama, a purpose-built destination just 20 minutes from the city. We’re looking for a Finance Administrator to work alongside our Office Manager and keep stock, cash and reporting accurate and on time.

What you’ll do
Manage stock control and data in H&L;
Support accounts receivable, accounts payable, debtor follow-up and reconciliations
Handle daily cashiering, banking and gaming reconciliation




Replenish ATMs and CRTs and complete routine financial tasks
Help roll out new systems, train the team and prepare reports for head office

What you’ll bring
Experience with H&L; POS (or similar), including stock management
Cash handling experience, ideally in hospitality
Intermediate Excel and Word
Strong attention to detail, communication and IT skills
Full Australian work rights
