Key Responsibilities:
Administer head contracts and subcontracts from initial award to final account.
Manage project variations, procurement, and progress claims across multiple sites.
Assist with budget reviews and monthly financial forecasting for projects up to $20M.
Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure seamless commercial delivery.
Maintain precise cost records and oversee all statutory compliance documentation.
What You’ll Bring:
At least 2+ years of CA experience within the Australian construction industry.
Strong background in the commercial sector (Education or Government experience preferred).
Sharp understanding of procurement processes and cost control methodologies.
Ability to manage commercial requirements across multiple concurrent projects.
Currently based in Perth with full Australian working rights.
