Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily on-site trade coordination and sub-contractor management.
Enforce quality control, trade finish standards, and site compliance protocols.
Maintain site delivery schedules to ensure milestone completion dates.
Conduct site inductions, daily toolbox talks, and WHS inspections.
Resolve technical on-site queries and coordinate material deliveries efficiently.
Work directly alongside Project Managers to maintain site project momentum.

What You'll Bring:
Proven track record as a Site Supervisor in commercial fitout and refurbishment.
Strong exposure to quick-paced Perth CBD commercial building projects.
Thorough understanding of local WA building codes, site safety, and trade scopes.




Excellent communication, trade negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Valid WA Driver's Licence and current Construction White Card.
Trade qualification in carpentry or related building discipline.

This hands-on role provides an outstanding chance for an experienced Site Supervisor to lead commercial fitout builds across the Perth CBD. Working directly on-site, you will manage sub-contractors, site safety, and execution standards to deliver high-spec finishes on time and within budget.
