Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team across all departments.
Drive revenue growth through effective leadership, local engagement, and operational initiatives.
Manage budgets, financial performance, forecasting, and cost controls.
Maintain compliance with all liquor, gaming, workplace health and safety, and regulatory requirements.
Create a positive and engaging workplace culture focused on teamwork and service excellence.
Build robust relationships with guests, suppliers,



and the local community.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:
Previous experience as a Venue Manager, Operations Manager, General Manager, or similar senior hospitality leadership role.
Strong financial management and business acumen.
Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive, hands-on management style.
Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Current NT RSA and relevant Gaming Machine Manager licence (or the ability to obtain them).
