Flagship Store Manager - CBD Location

We are on the search for a confident, analytical leader who translates KPIs into practical strategies and measurable results. As the Flagship Store Manager you bring proven experience in luxury retail and bring an approachable, people-focused leadership style, with the ability to develop and inspire team success and accountability.

What you’ll be responsible for:
Leading, coaching and developing a large retail team
Building a robust team culture, encouraging consistency across daily operations.
Overseeing store operations, stock management, loss prevention and visual merchandising standards.
Collaborating with senior leadership to communicate business results, identify opportunities and implement strategies for growth.
