Workflow coordination Keep supervisors, trades, and clients updated
Timeline management Spot delays early and adjust schedules proactively
System updates Maintain accurate progress notes and documentation
Stakeholder communication Build solid relationships with trades and internal teams

What You ll Bring




Experience in residential construction scheduling or coordination
Strong communication and relationship building skills
