The Role – Care Service Employee (Part Time) | South Coogee, NSW

Shift: 2 Nights per week - (10:30 PM to 7:00 AM). 32 hours fortnightly.

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Care Service Employees to join our team on a casual basis in South Coogee. Flexibility to work across morning, afternoon, and night shifts is essential.

As a valued member of our multidisciplinary team,



you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of our residents. You will provide person-centred care and support, assist with daily living activities, and promote residents' emotional, social, and spiritual wellbeing. Every day, you'll have the chance to build meaningful connections and make a genuine difference in the lives of older people.

Your duties will include:
Assisting residents with personal care including showering
Supporting residents with meals
Contributing to care planning with registered staff
Documenting care and services provided to residents
Engaging residents in meaningful activities
