What You’ll Do

As a Restaurant Manager, you will lead daily operations, ensuring excellence in customer experience, team performance, and business profitability.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing and mentoring a team to deliver outstanding service
Overseeing recruitment, training, and staff development




Driving operational efficiencies and ensuring adherence to brand standards
Analysing financial performance and implementing strategies to maximise revenue
Collaborating with senior management to contribute to the brand’s expansion
