Ivanhoe Grammar School in Melbourne is seeking two Casual Events and Facilities Assistants to join the Skilled Services team at Ridgeway Campus. You will help run school events, support day-to-day operations across campuses, and assist with catering, mail, and venue setup.

The role offers adaptable casual hours (roughly 15–20 per week) with occasional early mornings, evenings and Saturdays. You will work across Ridgeway, Buckley House, Plenty Campus and University Campus, contributing to a
