Wild Women On Top is seeking an experienced Finance & Operations Manager to lead financial reporting, budgeting and systems at our Sydney HQ. You’ll own the end-to-end finance function, drive efficiencies, and partner with leadership to improve business performance.

You’ll oversee payroll, GL integrity, compliance, and cross‑functional initiatives while supporting strategic decisions in a rapid‑paced, nonprofit events organisation. Hybrid work is available in Sydney's Northern Beaches.
