PORK KNIFE HANDS - IMMEDIATE STARTS

MORE Consulting is currently seeking experienced Pork Knife Hands to join our client's busy meat processing facility.

If you're confident with a knife, have experience working with pork and want consistent work, we'd love to hear from you

The role

5am starts

You will be working in a fast-paced pork processing environment, performing knife work and assisting with production operations

Duties may include
Pork boning, trimming and knife work
Cutting and preparing meat to specifications
Using knives safely and efficiently
Maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards
Working to production targets
Following workplace health and safety procedures
General production duties as required

What we're looking for
Previous experience as a Pork Knife Hand




Robust knife skills and confidence handling meat
Experience in a meat processing workplace
Positive understanding of food safety and hygiene
Reliable and punctual
Physically fit and comfortable working in a chilled environment
Able to work as part of a team
Robust work ethic and a positive attitude
