Sharon Bennie is seeking an experienced Strata Manager to oversee a commercial and industrial portfolio of about 30 properties with adaptable schedule. The role is a 3–6 month contract, 3–5 days per week, with parking provided.

You will manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and assist the Director to prepare properties to be sale-ready. Key responsibilities include AGM/committee meetings, stakeholder liaison, budget and financial reporting, and contractor oversight.
