About the role

Utilise your payroll expertise across system integration, data validation, testing, process mapping, and stakeholder collaboration. You will support the integration of multiple payroll systems, contributing to a large-scale transformation and process improvement initiative.

Key responsibilities
Support the integration and consolidation of multiple payroll systems
Assist with payroll data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities
Collaborate with payroll, HR, finance, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless system integration
Analyse payroll processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiencies
Support testing, troubleshooting, and system implementation activities
Manage and maintain data integrity throughout the project lifecycle
Assist with documenting processes, workflows, and system requirements




Contribute to project milestones and deliverables within agreed timeframes.

Skills & experience
Solid payroll experience with a thorough understanding of payroll legislation and processes
Previous experience working on payroll system implementations, integrations, or transformation projects
Experience with payroll data migration, system testing, and process mapping
Exposure to payroll platforms such as Micropay, PayGlobal, Dayforce, or similar payroll systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Advanced attention to detail and data accuracy.
