About the role

We are currently seeking a friendly, skilled, and reliable Casual Receptionist to join the team and provide ongoing Sunday reception coverage, with the opportunity to assist with additional weekday relief shifts as required. This role is ideal for someone looking for consistent Sunday hours, with the flexibility to pick up additional work during the week.

Key responsibilities
Managing the switchboard and handling incoming calls
Welcoming and assisting customers and visitors
Providing a qualified and friendly front-of-house experience
General reception and administrative duties
Monitoring and responding to emails
Preparing coffees and refreshments for customers/visitors
Assisting with general office administration




Supporting the wider team with ad hoc reception requirements

Skills & experience
Warm, friendly, and customer-focused
Qualified and well-presented
Confident communicating with customers both face-to-face and over the phone
Reliable and committed to ongoing Sunday availability
Flexible and available to assist with weekday relief shifts where possible
Comfortable using basic computer systems and handling emails
Organised, proactive, and able to work independently
Previous reception, administration, hospitality, or customer service experience will be highly regarded.
