About the role

The Senior Bookkeeper role is integral to maintaining high standards in bookkeeping and financial reporting. You will ensure the delivery of audit-ready client files while leading the review process for the bookkeeping team. This position requires a solid technical background and the ability to bridge daily bookkeeping tasks with periodic reporting, facilitating smooth transitions to accountants and tax agents.

Key responsibilities
Provide accurate and timely bookkeeping services adhering to industry standards
Deliver audit-ready client files and ensure quality control of work prepared by bookkeepers
Collaborate with team members to meet service level standards outlined in the Service Level Agreement
Handle client and team member requests professionally and collaboratively.

Skills & experience
Proven experience in bookkeeping with a focus on delivering high-quality financial records
Strong capability in leading and mentoring a team, ensuring compliance with service level agreements




Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver timely financial reports.
