Teachers Health in Wollongong is seeking a customer-focused Membership Services Associate for our quick-paced Contact Centre. The role involves inbound member inquiries and delivering top-notch service to keep members heard and satisfied.

You will join our Membership Services (Contact Centre) team, with hybrid work after training and a 12-week training period. Shifts during training run 8:30am–5:00pm, with post-training hours expanding to 7 hours/day and diverse shifts.
