What You'll Do
Deliver exceptional customer support to clients via phone, email, and live chat.
Assist retail clients and financial advisers with their trading and investment needs.
Learn about trading systems, wealth products, and investment platforms.




Work with energetic teams across multiple countries and sharpen your communication skills.
Contribute ideas to help improve the client experience and shape the future of Bell Direct’s service.

Who You Are
A recent graduate in Business, Finance, Commerce or a related field.
A great communicator who enjoys helping people and solving problems.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable using multiple systems and tools.
Someone who thrives in a collaborative team environment and wants to build a long-term career in financial services.
