An excellent prospect has become available for an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join an established national contractor delivering complex commercial and high-specification industrial projects across WA.

This position offers a unique chance to combine technical engineering knowledge with subcontractor procurement and project planning, playing a key role in the successful delivery of major construction projects.

The Opportunity
Lead procurement activities across significant commercial and industrial developments.
Manage tender packages, scopes of work and subcontractor selection.
Review technical specifications, drawings and project documentation.
Coordinate subcontractor negotiations and procurement schedules.
Identify procurement risks and manage critical and long-lead packages.
Collaborate with Project Managers, Design Managers and delivery teams.
Ensure procurement activities align with project budgets, programme and construction requirements.

About You




Experience as a Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer with a commercial or industrial head contractor.
Robust understanding of technical construction packages and subcontractor procurement.
Experience working on medium to large-scale construction projects.
Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
Ability to coordinate multiple procurement packages and stakeholders.
