Temporary Customer Service Representative

Location: Mulgrave (Must be able to drive due to location)

Hourly Rate: $38 + Super

Working Hours: Full Time with Rotational Shifts +Hybrid Working

Start Date: Immediately

We are partnering with a highly regarded global organisation to recruit a Customer Service Representative to join their Customer Operations team in Mulgrave.

This is an excellent chance for a customer-focused skilled who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and delivering exceptional service. Supporting customers across Australia and New Zealand, you will be the first point of contact for a range of finance and insurance-related enquiries via phone and email.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service via phone and email
Resolve customer enquiries efficiently and professionally
Support customers with finance and insurance-related queries
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve positive customer outcomes

As part of an evolving team structure, this role will provide exposure to the Collections & Account Support function.



This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are interested in developing their financial services experience and broadening their skillset.

About You?
Previous customer service, contact centre, administration or customer operations experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Customer-centric with a solutions-focused mindset
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting
Skilled, resilient, and highly compliant in your approach
Strong computer and system navigation
Previous collections, banking, lending, or financial services experience is advantageous but not essential.
