Job Title: Machine Operator / Forklift Operator

Location: Lonsdale, SA

Rate: Au$ 33 per hour

Shifts: Day (6:00AM - 2:06PM) | Afternoon (2:00PM - 10:06PM)

Days: Monday to Friday

Casual Ongoing Opportunity

We are seeking reliable and motivated Plant Operators / Machine Operators / Forklift Operators to join their manufacturing team in Lonsdale. This is an ongoing opportunity with a leading Australian carpet manufacturer, offering reliable employment and immediate starts for suitable candidates.

Duties include:
Loading yarn and materials into carpet tufting machinery
Setting up and operating carpet manufacturing equipment
Operating a forklift to move raw materials and finished products
Recording and monitoring production data
Maintaining a secure and efficient work environment
Assisting with general production and material handling duties

To be successful, you will have:
Current LF Forklift Licence
Previous machine operating and/or forklift experience
Experience in carpet manufacturing, textile production, or similar machinery highly regarded but not essential
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High attention to detail and commitment to quality




Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and stand for extended periods
Ability to regularly lift min 5kg
Flexible attitude toward overtime and additional hours when required

Reliable work ethic and strong focus on workplace safety
