About the role

We are seeking a Workshop Administration Officer to support a busy depot/workshop environment. This role plays a key part in keeping day-to-day workshop operations running smoothly, with a mix of customer service, coordination and admin support across fleet/vehicle servicing and workshop records.

Duties
Provide high-level customer service and administration support for workshop operations
Source parts/resources required for servicing, repairs and maintenance of plant and equipment
Support fleet/vehicle service and repair administration, including delivery/handover coordination
Assist with registration renewals and scheduled vehicle servicing administration
Maintain workshop databases, records and documentation (accurate and up to date)

Skills and Experience
Demonstrated experience in administration and customer service, delivering outcomes on time
Certificate in Administration, fleet management or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong interpersonal skills and a practical,



customer-focused approach
Confident computer skills (Microsoft Office and corporate systems) with efficient typing speed
Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping
Current Class C driver licence (mandatory)

Desirable:
Experience in spare parts ordering/processing and service administration (automotive or heavy plant)
Experience in a structured environment with compliance and record-keeping requirements (e.g., government)
