Mercedes-Benz Sydney, located in Alexandria, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Valet to join our team.

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming experience and delivering exceptional service from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and assist with enquiries in a friendly and qualified manner
Locate and move vehicles around the dealership as required
Arrange relevant transportation for customers
Escalate customer concerns promptly to support a swift resolution
Liaise with Service Advisors to support smooth day-to-day operations
Help maintain an organised and welcoming customer arrival area

About You
Exceptional customer service skills and professional presentation
Solid organisational skills and attention to detail




Ability to build rapport quickly and handle customer concerns calmly
A proactive approach and willingness to support the team
Confidence moving and parking a range of vehicles
A current, valid NSW driver licence
