ROLE SUMMARY The Vehicle Replacement Specialist runs live procurement cases so every transaction lands faster, cleaner, and with less friction than the channel has ever delivered.

You'll work where members experience the brand and where partners help deliver the mission. Every case you close, every blocker you surface, and every edge case you fix improves the experience for the next member, the next partner, and the next case.

This role suits someone who thinks operationally across multi-stakeholder workflows, stays composed under volume, and treats each interaction as a signal that strengthens the rails.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Run end-to-end procurement from initial request through delivery and settlement.
Partner with dealers to confirm vehicle availability, pricing, specification, and delivery timelines.
Coordinate with insurer and program partners to match each request against policy, coverage, and program criteria.




Keep members informed with accurate, timely updates across the full procurement lifecycle.
Track and resolve cases through the Autoreviewa platform and operating stack.
Resolve edge cases, exceptions, and delays through structured escalation and problem-solving.
Hold service levels on quote turnaround, delivery timeframes, and claim and procurement cycle times.
Share operational blockers and friction points with CX, Operations, and Design so every case improves the next.

IDEAL CANDIDATE
Experience in claims support, insurance operations, automotive retail, automotive finance, or vehicle procurement.
Solid communication and coordination across members, customers, dealer partners, and insurers.
High attention to detail, with the ability to hold context across multiple live cases at once.
Fluent with CRM, communication, and workspace tools.
Calm under pressure, comfortable with ambiguity, and energised by continuous improvement.
Curious about how multi-channel systems work and how operational insight shapes product.
