About the role

You'll take inbound enquiries from travel advisors from around the globe and look after each one from first call to final document. Your focus will be premium and luxury itineraries: boutique lodges, five-star hotels, private touring, exclusive experiences and the small touches that make a trip special.

Take inbound enquiries from travel advisors from around the globe
Look after each enquiry from first call to final document
Design premium and luxury itineraries
Build strong relationships with advisors
Work collaboratively with a supportive team

About you
Proven experience selling New Zealand, Australia and the Pacific Islands (essential)
Experience with premium, luxury or tailor-made travel (highly regarded)
Strong knowledge of high-end accommodation, lodges and experiences
Excellent communication skills, and a polished phone manner for inbound enquiries
Solid attention to detail




Sabre and airfare knowledge (preferred)
Inbound call-centre or reservations experience (preferred)
The ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday
At least 2 years of travel industry experience
