Bespoke Improvements is a growing WA company specialising in roller shutters and outdoor blinds. We're looking for an enthusiastic Trade Assistant / Installer's Offsider to join our installation team.

This is an entry-level position, ideal for someone looking to get started in the trades, learn practical skills and gain hands-on experience.

No previous experience is required. We're more interested in finding the right person with the right attitude.

Your duties will include

Keeping work areas clean, organised and safe
Learning installation techniques and practical trade skills

Is eager to learn – listens, takes direction and wants to improve

Reliable work with a growing WA business
Opportunity to progress as your skills develop
