Freelance Social & Influencer Account Manager

Available now? We'd love to hear from you. We're looking for an experienced Freelance Social & Influencer Account Manager to jump in and support our team with a month of holiday cover.

You'll be joining Noisy Beast / iD Collective, working across a fantastic mix of retail, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, travel and FMCG brands alongside a team-oriented team who love producing standout campaigns and helping brands connect with audiences in meaningful ways.

What you'll be doing
Managing a portfolio of social and influencer clients, keeping campaigns running smoothly from briefing through to delivery.
Building trusted client relationships and leading day-to-day communications.
Managing influencer campaigns end-to-end, including talent sourcing, outreach, negotiations, briefing, content approvals, campaign execution and reporting.
Working closely with our strategy, creative, social and production teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
Keeping on top of emerging social trends, creators and platform updates to bring fresh thinking to clients.
Managing budgets, timelines and campaign deliverables while identifying opportunities to add value and grow client relationships.

About you





You're someone who can hit the ground running and enjoys the variety and pace of agency life.

Ideally you'll have
3+ years' experience in a social, influencer or digital account management role within an agency.
Strong knowledge of the influencer landscape and experience delivering creator-led campaigns.
Existing relationships with talent agencies, creators and industry partners are highly regarded.
A robust understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging social platforms.
Excellent client management, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Exceptional organisation and attention to detail.
A calm, proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
A team-oriented mindset and genuine passion for social media, creators and brand storytelling.
