Join Downer as a Technical Trainer supporting the Queensland Train Manufacturing Program and the establishment of the recent Ormeau maintenance facility. As a Technical Trainer, you will develop, deliver and evaluate training for Queensland's current trains. You will induct new employees, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to test and maintain the fleet in line with Downer's contractual obligations to the state.

You will also conduct training needs analyses, develop courses or source suitable external solutions, deliver training, assess competency and administer courses and assessments.
