About the Company

Our client is an established electronics consultancy providing specialist electronic engineering solutions to a diverse range of customers. With expertise in electronics design, technical problem-solving and product development, they work closely with clients to deliver tailored solutions for a variety of applications.

Due to continued business needs, they are seeking a technically minded Technical Sales & Support professional to join their team in Macquarie Park.

About the Role

This is an excellent chance for someone with a technical background who enjoys combining technical knowledge with customer interaction. You will play a key role in supporting customers, identifying technical requirements and assisting with the delivery of products and engineering solutions.

Working closely with engineers, customers and suppliers, you will help ensure clients receive the right technical advice and responsive service.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical sales assistance and product support to customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
Respond to technical enquiries and assist with troubleshooting.
Prepare quotations, proposals and product information.
Liaise with engineers,



suppliers and customers to resolve technical issues.
Support business development activities and maintain solid customer relationships.
Assist with order processing, product selection and ongoing customer service.
Keep up to date with electronic components, products and emerging technologies.

About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
A background in electronics, electrical engineering or a related technical discipline.
Experience in technical sales, applications engineering, customer support or electronics distribution.
An understanding of electronic components, circuits and electronic systems.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
The ability to interpret technical specifications and explain technical concepts clearly.
A customer-focused approach and the confidence to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Positive organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple enquiries.
