Armoury Group makes and supplies stainless steel products and wheels for the Australian heavy vehicle industry. Our customers include truck dealers, fleets and manufacturers who need the right part, quoted right, and delivered when we said it would be.

We're looking for an Internal Sales Specialist to join the sales team at our Epping site. It's a hands-on, quick-paced job. You'll be the person customers call when they need answers, and the one who turns those enquiries into orders.

What you'll be doing

■ Taking calls and emails from customers about specs, pricing and availability, and helping them pick the right product

■ Building accurate quotes quickly and following them up to win the job

■ Entering orders and making sure every detail is right before they reach the floor

■ Working with the warehouse, manufacturing and purchasing teams to confirm stock and delivery dates

■ Keeping customers updated and fixing problems before they grow

■ Backing up our external sales reps with quotes, documents and system work





■ Keeping customer records and the CRM up to date, and helping with reporting and pricing updates

What you'll bring

■ Experience in a parts interpreter, trade counter, internal sales or customer service role. Automotive, trucking, steel, fabrication or industrial backgrounds are a big plus.

■ Some mechanical or technical know-how, plus a willingness to learn the product inside out

■ Comfort on the phones and with ERP/CRM systems

■ A habit of following up, so quotes don't sit

■ An eye for detail on quotes and orders

■ A team-player attitude, but happy to own your work

Pay: $78,000.00 – $83,000.00 per year
