Job Description
Act as the primary HR contact for leaders and employees across your designated client group.
Provide trusted advice on employee relations, performance management, workplace investigations, policy interpretation, and employment legislation.
Build strong stakeholder relationships and partner with leaders to address people challenges and workforce planning initiatives.
Support performance review cycles, goal setting, succession planning, and career development discussions.
Drive employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, action planning, and implementation of outcomes.
Prepare and present monthly people metrics and executive reporting to senior leadership.
Lead and support HR projects, organisational development initiatives, and change management activities.
Contribute to quarterly town halls and employee communication initiatives.
Ensure HR practices remain compliant, consistent,



and aligned with business objectives.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will bring:
Minimum 5+ years' experience operating in a true HR Business Partner role.
Solid capability across employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, and organisational initiatives.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to influence and coach leaders.

Contract estimated through to mid 2027
Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
Fully onsite position based in Norwest
