Motion Designer – Digital Campaigns & Content

2 Month Contract | Melbourne CBD | On-site

We’re on the lookout for a talented Midweight Motion Designer to join the fast-paced in-house creative team of a well-known hospitality brand on a short-term contract.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role, perfect for a Motion Designer who enjoys bringing creative campaigns to life through engaging animation and motion graphics across digital, DOOH and social.

Working alongside a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer and Client Services Lead, you’ll be responsible for creating, adapting and rolling out high-quality motion assets across multiple formats, ensuring everything is on-brand, engaging and production-ready.

What you’ll be doing
Create and roll out engaging motion graphics and animated content across digital, DOOH, social and display.
Adapt existing creative concepts into animated assets across multiple formats, sizes and specifications.
Bring static designs to life through animation, transitions and motion effects.
Work within established brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all campaign assets.
Collaborate with the wider creative team to deliver high-quality content to tight deadlines.
Take motion projects from initial brief through to final production and delivery.





What we’re looking for
Midweight Motion Designer with experience in an agency or fast-paced in-house creative environment.
Solid proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator.
Proven experience creating and adapting motion assets for digital campaigns, DOOH and social platforms.
Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, composition and visual storytelling.
Experience working with existing creative concepts and brand guidelines.
Excellent attention to detail, with an understanding of digital formats, specifications and export requirements.
Comfortable juggling multiple projects and delivering high-quality work to tight deadlines.
A cooperative, approachable personality who enjoys working as part of a busy creative team.

Location: Melbourne CBD

Working arrangement: 5 days on-site

Start: Immediate availability preferred
