Chance for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a luxury residential renovation project on a 3-month contract, with the potential for an extension. This role would suit someone who is confident running a project independently, managing trades and maintaining high standards of workmanship across a high-end residential build.

Reporting to a Project Manager based interstate, you will need to be hands-on, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of the day-to-day site operations with minimal support.

The Role
Manage the day-to-day running of a luxury residential renovation
Coordinate subcontractors, trades and site activities
Maintain high standards of quality, finishes and workmanship
Monitor progress, programme and site safety
Resolve in office issues and keep the project moving
Provide regular updates to the Project Manager

About You




Previous experience as a Site Manager on residential construction or renovation projects
Experience delivering high-end or luxury residential projects will be highly regarded
Confident managing a site independently with minimal supervision
Robust trade coordination, programme management and problem-solving skills
Established relationships with local subcontractors and trades will be highly beneficial
Strong attention to detail, particularly around quality and finishes

Contract Details
Initial 3-month contract, with potential for extension
Monday to Friday, 5 days per week
