Fairy Meadow Convenience Store is seeking a Store Cashier/Retail Assistant to join our team at our Fairy Meadow location in NSW. This is a Casual/Part time position offering an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic retail setting. MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS.
Key responsibilities
Operating the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently to process customer transactions
Providing friendly, skilled and efficient customer service to all shoppers
Handling cash, card payments and other payment methods with accuracy and attention to detail
Stocking shelves and displays with merchandise, ensuring products are well-organised and clearly priced
Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe store environment throughout your shift
About you
Previous experience as a cashier, retail assistant or in a similar customer-facing role (preferred but not essential)
Confident communicating with customers
Friendly, qualified and well presented
Reliable and punctual
Available across weekdays and weekends
