An exciting chance exists for an experienced and motivated Senior Warehouse Team Leader / Supervisor to join our well-established business based in Wetherill Park.

This role suits an experienced warehouse professional who takes ownership of warehouse operations, coordinating a small team, and delivering high levels of customer service and inventory accuracy.

About You The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving and receipting stock, accurately picking and checking orders, and preparing products for dispatch to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

You will assist with maintaining organised stock locations, stock rotation, and ensuring inventory accuracy while working to daily deadlines to ensure customer orders are processed efficiently.

The position involves manual work including bending and lifting items up to 20kg.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, either 7:00am to 3:00pm, or 7:30am to 3:30pm.

Warehouse operations and inventory management
Oversee small team

Coordinating 3PL storage
Dangerous Goods compliance and export
Data entry and order processing
Accurate mixed pallet picking, checking, packing and pallet wrapping




Loading and unloading trucks and containers
Receiving incoming stock and put away
Stock counts, rotation and replenishment of pick face
Safety and cleanliness

Skills & Experience To be successful in this role you will have:
7+ years' experience in a similar warehouse position
Current Forklift Licence
Current Driver’s Licence
Solid experience with manual picking, packing and pallet wrapping
Experience handling dangerous goods and compliance
Positive understanding of inventory control and stock accuracy
Ability to safely lift and move items up to 20kg
Attention to detail and reliability
Strong communication skills
Customer service and computer skills
A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
