This Government agency is currently looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst to lead requirements management across complex ICT, telecommunications and critical infrastructure programs, keeping a clear line of sight from business objectives through design, build, testing, transition and operational acceptance.

What you’ll do
Lead stakeholder engagement to elicit, validate and document business, operational and technical requirements
Set and maintain requirements management standards, processes and controls across projects and suppliers
Own requirements baselines, repositories and end-to-end traceability
Develop and review BRDs, system and non-functional requirements, user stories, process models and acceptance criteria
Provide requirements-based assurance over architecture, design, testing and supplier deliverables





What you’ll bring
Extensive experience leading requirements management on large-scale ICT, telco or critical infrastructure programs
A proven track record establishing baselines, change control processes and traceability frameworks
Robust grounding in requirements engineering, systems analysis and delivery governance
Excellent facilitation, negotiation and communication skills, including the ability to make the complex straightforward
Previous Government experience is highly regarded

Initial 12 month contract.
